I called in today to book a service. The first call I made I got through to a lady named Princess. I explained that I wanted to book a service. Shortly after that she doesn't say a single word back to me and transfers me to God knows where. I stayed on the line for 4 minutes listening to music. I decided to cut the call.

I then called back again for assistance and then she explained that someone will call me back. I waited for a minute then received a call. The phone literally rang twice before cutting. As if it was a miss call.

I called the same number back to find out why did they do that and got back to Princess from VW Lindsay Saker. Only to get redirected again to book for a service.

Customers should not be treated like this, its absolutely pathetic, unprofessional and just bluntly rude.
