*** service VW Lindsay saker

I took my car to a service with them, Angela called me later and asked me if they could change my indicator bulb n mentioned some staff. I said they must continue with the indicator bulb.. This happened Wednesday the 28 August 2018,on the 30 August 2018 I noticed the side they changed the indicater bulb is falling off, when I called them she just told me. When I left VW the bumper was fine. But as the result of them opening it its now falling off haibo...
