I have experienced bad service at Rhodesfield lindsaker vw

I took my car for service on 2018-01-22 and I asked to be dropped off at or tambo airport and asked to be picked up in the afternoon,after the car was done,I spoke to bongani ntombela who was the service adviser and told him to tell the driver to pick me up at 16h30 and the driver spoke to me and said he has work to do he will tell me when he's free to come pick me,my problem was that had I known that picking me up in the afternoon was going to be an issue,I would have organized myself a lift to go fetch the car,their service is not good,I am so not happy with them
