I am sold a Skororo Car by VW

i bough a Car in October2018, my car is not even 3 months, I have complained about it at the dealer two weeks after purchase. No one is willing to assist, as I am not interested in the Car anymore. The car is at the dealership, I don't have a car at the moment. The principal at the branch is not replying to my emails, and not answering my phones. I phoned VW SA, I phoned VW finance, they both say there is nothing they can do about it, I need to speak to The principal at the branch. Please I need your help.
