Frustrating and Disappointed

I booked my car in for service by Lindsay Saker Edenvale on the 11.02.2020 of the service was done I collected the car the same day.On Wednesday I drove the car on my way to work I stopped at the garage to fill up the diesel I asked the petrol attendant to check the oil and water of which they did only to find when they pull the dipstick it was empty no oil on it,while I was there I call the Lindsay Saker I spoke to Gilbert advised him of the situation and he said that is not possible I said ok,Then I poured one bottle of oil I left.I went to their officesses on Thursday I was told lot of stories why am I listening to the petrol attendants and so forth and Gilbert said this is not about the oil is personal I don't understand where my personal life has to do with the oil he was so unprofessional and rude. If you have a car and you check your oil in the morning and your dipstick comes out empty no sign of oil what do you as a person can I have and answer on that.After I poured one bottle I checked it the next day the was a little bit oil showing on the dipstick.Today on 05.03.2020 I checked the oil it was not enough It was very low low I took a picture of it as a proof because no ones believes me.
