********** VW Dealership : Lindsay Saker VW East Rand Mall

I booked my VW Golf 7 GTI with maintenance plan for a (5Q0-122-291-k) couplpiece replacement and I was advised by a ********* by the name of Timothy Foster that I need to pay cash, because maintenance plan doesn't cover pipes. By trusting the dealer I went ahead and paid the cash amount which was R 3201.52 in total. After 2 weeks I visited my service dealer VW Bryanston, they advised me to check with VWSA since pipes are actually covered by maintenance plan. VWSA logged a complain with the management of Lindsay Saker and the outcome was that the repaired couplpiece I had was an aftermarket part which is a lie, who in their rightful mind would purchase an aftermarket part while they they have full maintenance plan? This tactics is used to avoid repairing my car at cost price since they don't make profit from maintenance plan repairs.

Clearly they do not care about customer satisfaction since they don't mind resorting to lies just to cover their ********** operations.
