I call an spoke to "Craig Henderson" sales- he advised me that this needs to be approved by V W Direct. After a day i was called by Craig advising me that all is approved an i can come pick up the car right away. I go to the office because i have a trading, meet with Craig and the finance person to find out the car and the price doesn't not match what we spoke about, he provide a quote for a car on the floor with 40k extras. The installment comes to R5400. +- per month. I told Craig and the Finance person that i want the price "R3299" as per the add and any extra i will sort out. few days later i get a email state that the best they can do "Martin resubmitted the application to VW Financial Services and got you a rate of 8.46% with a deposit of R27600 and a payment of R3693" this is NOT what was advertised on the web site. so this is what Lindsay Saker Midrand are doing to customers... Faults advertising to get them into the store and then take advantage of them there after.
