False Promises, Zero Accountability – Avoid Lindsay Saker

Lindsay Saker (Boksburg) proved to be one of the most dishonest dealerships I’ve dealt with. The car I purchased was not satisfactory and within 24 hours (and under 30km) I requested an exchange. Their own website clearly states exchanges are allowed within 7 days or 1000km, but they flatly refused to honour their own policy. This is misleading and unacceptable.

The salesman was extremely eager and helpful before the sale, but the moment the paperwork was signed, all service and care disappeared. On collection day, I was forced to wait nearly 3 hours while he prioritised assisting a young female customer who came in after me. I was not even allowed to leave and return the next day to complete the signing and collection. Everything was made unnecessarily difficult once the deal was closed.

This dealership hides behind empty promises and fails to stand by what they advertise. Customers deserve honesty and integrity, not to be strung along until their money is taken and then ignored. I strongly advise avoiding Lindsay Saker (Boksburg) if you want transparency, accountability, and fair treatment.
