False information to sell the cars

I bought a use car 1series at Vw I was helped by the guy call Steven,whom he told me that everything is sorted if the car needs to be service I just take the car to BMW the will service the car without paying anything cause the car is still under motor plan. I went to BMW they told me I need to pay R1316 to change the motor plan to under my name. I call Steven he hang up the phone while I'm still speaking to him. I call the manager Pierre Gerber who told me that I need to pay that money myself, but what it suprising me is that he end up saying I'm must pay the amount and they will pay half of that money. I never experience this bad service,and when I bought the car Steven told me that the car will go for service before I collect but that didn't happend. The thing is that when I buy the car everything was suppose to be under my name, I don't know why do I have to make some name change on my own.??? FALSE information!!!!
