Excellent After Sales Service

My wife bought a vehicle from Lindsay Saker Hyde Park in October 2015 and prior to taking delivery of the vehicle they had the front and rear bumper re-sprayed as it had some scratches on. However on the 5th of May 2018, after a wash, I noticed that the rear bumper's paint was pealing at the seam (Due to incorrect surface preparation - confirmed by expert appointed by Lindsay Saker). Due to the nature of the problem and the fact that all OEM approved repairers offer decent warranties on their workmanship and paint I proceeded to make contact with the dealership to assist.

Unfortunately the dealership had closed down and I was unable to confirm who the repairer was in order to approach them directly on the matter. VW SA however put me in contact with the former dealer Principal, Mike Thomas, who is still within the Lindsay Saker family. Mike proceeded to assist me with an inspection and re-spray of the defective panel.
