Empty Promises

During our search for a car, the salesperson at Lindsay Saker Midrand promised us that everything on our new master car would be fixed. It has however been 6 weeks and we are still waiting for the promised items. Our phone calls are only met by further empty promises. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience, but this experience has only been a huge hassle - numerous phone calls and ignored emails. We expected better customer service from a VW Dealership.
