DO NOT COME HERE!!

I phoned to inquiring about a car and a sales rep named Ansie assisted me, once I sent her my location she messaged me back saying, and I quote, "Hi. I see you are a mystery shopper. You called uourself Marlene before and gave a scoring a week ago." I then proceeded to phone her to question her about this and she accused me again saying that she knew who I am and I am not going to waste her time, I asked to speak to her sales manager and she told me he was not there and proceeded to laugh and said she I can with pleasure phone her dealer principal to complain. I proceeded to put down the phone and phone her dealer principal to complain. The dealer principal then assisted me with a new sales rep. while chatting with this sales rep it came to light that the ad for the car, we had viewed just the night before, was the incorrect pricing and was 40 000 more than what it was listed as. This is the first time I have ever spoken or dealt with this dealership and I can say this experience has been absolutely shocking, to say the least. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
