Do not buy from this company they have a bad service

I bought a 2020 polo vivo from Lindsay saker Germiston 10 months ago and a few days back it gave me a battery problem. Yesterday I called in to check if there is any warranty for a battery since it hasn’t even been a year since I bought the car, a lady took down my number and promised me that the sales lady who assisted me with the purchase of the car will get back to me today, of which she didn’t. This morning I got a hold of their branch in Alberton and I spoke to Andre who told me that they don’t have any warranty for batteries and that they checked the car when I bought it meaning that I’m liable for the damage now. Which is strange cause in other companies they do have a one year warranty for a battery. I wouldn’t recommend this company it’s a ripoff.
