Dishonest Service, ******!!!

I am abit late in submitting this review but better late than never.. I received shocking and disguting service from Lindsay Saker in Vereeniging. I called them on the 1st of March to book in my car for servce for the next day, provided them my service warranty cover which 1st: they submitted a ridiculous quote with a lot of additionals items which should not be on the 120K service as confirmed by the Service Warranty provider. The claim was then approved only with items authorized by VW on 120K service which i then received a call from them saying they will adjust the quote and go ahead. I then handed in my car in on the 2nd of March, after hours of handing in my car i was contacted and told that there are items my service cover didnt cover so i need to cover them, 1st thing why wasn't i advised of this before bringing in the car???? worse of it all, it was for water and coolant replacement in the car.

I then requested for the car to be released and i will go to another dealership as at this point i was really not impressed with their service as it was clear they are not honest. They had the odasity to hold my car hostage telling me they already started working on the and if i tell them to leave it, i will need to sign paperwork to confirm that and if any damages occur it will be my issue because they will need to leave everything and mentioned some caps they will not replace and will be my problem. How the hell do you work on the car is everythng???????

I was forced to paying the R1600 which even worse for water and coolant that can be obtained at dealerships for less than R100.

I have dealt with other dealerships with servicing my car but have never had this terrible and dishonest service. They are ******!!!
