Disgusting service, unprofessional and ***********

Last year November our vw t6 kombi dashboard was showing an engine sign, took it in to the service center in vereeniging. Car was diagnosed and paid for the diagnosis. We were charged over R14000 for the repairs of the vehicle and were told all is in good order, fast forward. 2 weeks after we took the car, drove it from sebokeng, before we get to Johannesburg on our way to Pretoria. We got stuck, car could not start, had it towed back to vw this was on the 15th December 2023, car sign exactly as the one that flashed 2 weeks ago. Only this time the car broke down and could not move and had it towed by a towing company. The car was there till February when I lodged a complaint to vw customer services head office. We were told a timing belt broke and our car missed a 105k service which was supposed to change the belt. However from the past services this is not communicated, went back were I bought the car, they gave us service history that showed the car was serviced at 105km. Back and forth communicating with the e service manager Micheal whom I told that a fault was from their side as when I took the car in they misdiagnosed the care and had us pay over 14000 on what was not the issue. They said I must give them authorisation for a timing belt from insurance and later discovered that the car damaged parts of the engine. A quotation of almost 90k was given. Insurance innovation group was only willing to pay 45000 of the amount and I refused to pay for their mistakes. A conclusion was reached to have the car fixed. I got the car back beginning of March from December, after a trail of lies from the dealership. The car is back we drive and park it, Saturday morning of 9 March 2023 took the car out and disel smelling everywhere, and leaking from the engine. We took the car back to vw and fetched it the following week (Tuesday I think) we are now told to start the car, leave the engine on for 2hours, we do that and because it's just started and not moving we don't see anything wrong. On the 18tharch the car was taken back disel still leaking. Today as I write this review we went back to the dealership on the 23rd of March 2024, my car is still in that dealership, not fixed, still leaking disel, basically deserted in their workshop. I was called to come pick it up on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. I get there to a car that's not fixed, parts on the floor, no1 to account but I was called that it's fixed and ready for pickup. Of all means possible to have the car fixed vw still fails to fix my car. Insurance paid them. They continue to give me a substandard treatment and further damaging my car. A case was lodged with their head office, they continued lying about the car being 100% while I still don't have the car. If I could rate them a negative I would do so. Because at this point they don't even deserve 1 star. I don't think anyone in that dealership has been treated the way I have been treated. Appalling service, they are lairs, they can't hold their staff accountable or they are just plain ***********. Unprofessional to say the least. I will never recommend this messy institution even to my worst enemy because what's this. I've been put through the worst nightmare of my life for the past 4 months from this dealership and it doesn't look like tge nightmare ends. Every month end I'm paying for a car that has not been moving, from tracker, insurances and monthly installments and all the expenses I have to incur (get to vw to fetch the car, only to find and open car that's not fixed, I've been here more than 5 times in the past 4months) 2 occasions called to fetch my car but get there to take pics as evidence that they are unprofessional and ***********....this is bull**** I'd never recommend to anyone
