Disgusting service ever

VW South Africa its such a disgrace.Since I logged a complaint onf5ge 17thbof Feb the least they did is to acknowledge the receipt but never responded to my complaint.To date my fiancé is still immobile stuck with a car he bought brand new.The shock absorber broke while ge driving to work which I am adamant that it's a manufacturers fault because this part was never tempered with nor being replaced.VW SA careless about their customers but quick to make a sale.This part is a safety measure which I believe this was supposed to fe attended to by now. I regret the day we opted for this brand because their service is disgusting
