DISGUSTING SERVICE

My name is Kassie Khanye. I bought a VW at Lindsay Saker Mooi street on the 30th of November 2018. A tracker device was fitted on the vehicle on the day. It's been 14 days and no transfer of ownership has taken place on the device. This means that for fourteen days I have been driving a car which if I get hijacked or the car is ****** I cannot call my tracker company. Each time I call them they confirm that the transfer of ownership has not taken place and that the tracker device is still in the name of the dealership. This means if the car is ****** I cannot call Telematics as they do not recognise me as a client. I have called the dealership many times and Jaco Erasmus the dealership manager keeps promising that he's working on it. But to this day nothing has happened. He keeps telling me that a guy called Byron is responsible for the transfer of ownership but is refusing to do it. He even gave me the guy's personal cellphone number to call and the guy ignores calls. Is this the type of service that Matrix Telematics offers? I have a car that I cannot drive because of the risk and no one in the entire company can assist or is willing to assist.

Reviewer Update
On the 14th December the matter was resolved. I received a call from the tracker company and the tracker certificate was sent to me and the transfer of ownership took place. Kindly note that all is sorted and please remove the listing.
