Discussed by the lies

If you want to take your car for a service there think carefully about it, or be prepared to pay for expensive damages they caused. They broke our car's side mirror button. When I complained about it they just told us that the Technician said he found it like that. We demand to speak with the manager, he was unavailable at the time. When the manager called he told my husband they are looking into it and are awaiting for camera footage to see if it was broken or not. Today a lady not sure who it was told my husband over the phone that the manager told her that they will not replace the broken item as the Technician said it was broken. So what happened to the footage all of the sudden. And they think my husband and I do not communicate. She also told them that they phoned me and told me it was broken. Never had a phone call from them not even a miss call. And then few days after the service we got a sms from our service plan provider of the x amount they have paid for the service and it was more then the invoice is that they gave us when I picked up the car. Don't take you car there.
