Damn Lindsay Saker/ Imperial holdings

I bought a used car from Lindsay Saker VW Fourways in July, took delivery and drove car to Eastern Cape, upon arriving I found that they gave me an incorrect spare key, salesman asked me to courier the incorrect key back and they will send the correct one. Been waiting ever since, dealer principal and salesman ignoring me. A new key will cost me R4000 and I’m sure it’s cheaper for them as a dealership but no they don’t care
