Damaging my car more than fixing it..

I took my polo gti in for a broken water pump, got it back a week later.. Driving home and a little light comes on on the dashboard. \The bend light"I take it back to vw and apparently it's just a blown bulb so they just take it out and leave it. I get back home and I realise my windows won't close automatically like they are supposed to.. I phone vw and they tell me to bring it in on Saturday. I get there on Saturday and no one is there even tho this Wikus guy confirmed he would be there.. So I leave and plan to take it in during the week.. Driving home and An EPC light comes on and my car loses all power.. *** I take it in for 1 issue and it comes back worse.. Un acceptable from vw and this is not the first time.. last time my car was there for a month and they had no idea what was wrong. I went onto Google and suggested what I had found and BAM car was fixed.. I want answers as to why my car is having more issues after one week at vw.."""
