Complaint

My car was in Audi William Nicole for some gearbox issues Ayanda was following up with me all the time. Price was overcharged. When I went to collect my car I was asking for more discount after I got some discount over the phone with Ayanda, she referred me to her service manager LOREN NAIDU But he was very rude and pathetic and he embarrassed me in front of my friends He tells me he can't give more discount and this is the price if you like it you pay if you don't like it leave the car. How can I get an attitude from a manager like that I'm sending this email and I'm not happy with what he said and I'm taking it more further
