COMPLAINT

I took my car to Lindsay Saker for repairs. I received the quote for repairs on the 29 February 2024 which was submitted to First for Woman. The documents received was incomplete and First for Woman requested more information, which was submitted to Lindsay Saker. Every time I request for update its either the forms are with head office of HR and the directors need to sign if off because it’s the first time they dealing with First for Woman. I tried to log a complaint but still nothing. My car is at Lindsay Saker now for the third week, my son even lost his job because he didn’t have transport to go to work. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED.
