Good day

I took my car for repairs at VW Kempton Park on the 12th of June 2019 because it was making noise in the engine, oil leaks and there was bulb light on the engine. The cost of everything was around R61 528.60 likely I had Warranty cover with M-sure and they covered R32 500, on my side I was supposed to pay around R28 000 the I asked discount and cost was reduced to R22 764.45. Then around September they told to come and collect the car, when I test the car there was no power at all, is like was driving a bicycle was angry to say why do you tell me that the car is ready while u know that there’s no power, then I escalated the matter to VW SA. They stated to sort out the power since September to date. In the mean time they borrowed me a loan car and I sign agreement of R10 000 access if I smash it, unfortunately was involved in an accident with their car then I paid the access of R10 000 since it was an agreement then after they borrowed me another car so that I can go to work and drop off my kid at crèche since they were still fixing my car. Last week Friday 24 Jan 2020, VW SA called me to say the car is ready for collection at the dealership, while I was busy testing the car, when it reaches speed of 120-128km/h the car was shaking then it cuts petrol. I went back to the dealer to say this car it’s not fine, I was told that repairs can’t be carried on as it’s the best that they do. In short they said I must bring back their car, pay outstanding balance of R22 764.45 and take my car in that condition.
