Complain

Took my car Polo Vivo for service at the Vereening branch i noticed few days after when checking water that the engine cover was missing. Called the dealer and was told the car doesn't come with the engine cover. Explained to the Dealer that my car had the cover I even have the photos taken when I purchased it, maybe previous owner bought it, but it definitely had the engine cover. Was told they will investigate and come back to me but till today they haven't called yet.
