Car worse that when i brought it there

I took my car to VW Bloemfontein last year december (2015) went to collect it today (29 Feb 16.)<br> <br> I took the car there for hard start... and now the car doesn't start at all... and they charged me R11500 for something they didn't fix... <br> <br> I am stuck with a car that doesn't start and move, whereas it was taking long time to start (hard start) to start, it was still drivable.. now nothing happens to that car.<br>
