Car problems

Good day- I would like to lay a formal compliant against Lindsay Saker in fourways - I have tried to resolve the matter internally but it seems like my grievances falls into deaf ears. I bought a Mercedes Benz B class in 2020 October and not even six months the car started giving me issues- because it had a warranty I took upon myself to see if I can get it fixed since I have a warranty plan-i booked an appointment with Auto Elegance in Alrode Johannesburg south ,which is RMI approved but unfortunately after diagnosis and stripping the car they would not continue with the work , because the warranty doesn’t not cover for that specific engine component. On the cluster the engine warning ⚠️ light keep on coming on disappearing and I reported same as well. In view of the above I had to pay for the amount of work they did on my car.The floor manager from VW is not helpful because I have to keep on phoning their offices following up on my matter. Personally I feel there is no sense of urgency at all and I was not treated fairly as a customer - and I feel I was given a raw deal.He always makes promises to give me feedback and to arrange for the car to be taken to their trusted workshop for diagnostic and I’m still yet to see that being executed.
