Car kept for 2 days

My car was kept for 2 days for a service, they drove my Kar for 1.8 km whilst in for the service and after 2 days they still did not fix my lights as requested. Tried calling the managment and struggled most of the day, when they eventually responded I was advised that the lights was not noted on the job card.... when I insisted they check I was advised it has been filed and they will have to check the records. Inconvenienced for 3 days and not even a sorry or how can we fix it. I need to return my car for then to fix the lights, not going back there ever again!! Very bad service and no ownership with their mistakes....
