Bullying from VwMidrand

Dear @Lindsasaker Midrand

I hate your service, @vwsouthafrica. Please intervene trust me I'm enough. We can't buy a car almost 6 weeks ago and then the car gives me problems and you don't want to fix it. In the next week I'm bringing your car back, either you give me another car or bring back my money.

Your employees at Midrand are telling me that I should have checked the gas in the car if it's full. What is midrand duty? Was that new or they sold me a 2nd hand car? I feel soo disrespected by Midrand branch. This is happening to me for the 2nd time.
