Brand New Demo Car

I picked up my Brand New car At Lindsay Saker Fourways 30 September 2015(September Special). 25 April 2016 I call to book the car in for service.Gave my Reg number but Thando couldn't get my car on the sytem.Tried the reg number a few times but still nothing. We tried my ID number and to my shock my car had two owners to it.And im the second name on the list. How possible is it that my Brand New car had an owner before I bought it as a Brand New car. So I bought a Brand New Demo car.How nice!!!!!!!!!! I need this matter explained
