Brand New Car Represented

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against VW Fourways. I recently purchased a VW Golf MK7 off the show room floor with all the bells and whistles, as it was advertised. On the day the vehicle was collected the Bluetooth module and USB connector had been removed. The sales person was notified and the car was returned on the 16th of July 2015. Upon collecting the car I had to wait 40 minutes for the vehicle to be handed over to me with no explanation as to why I had to wait. I then found out that the fitment center had installed a non genuin VW Bluetooth (Parrot) and the USB connector does not sync with the radio. I also noted that there was an added 109km on the clock when I collected the car.<br> <br> I am highly irritated by the pathetic level of service from VW and am totally turned off from the VW brand. I paid or the features as they were advertised and I expect it to be delivered. I expected only genuin VW parts to be installed in my car and not cheap knock offs. To that my car is not a mechanic's taxi and I expect an explanation from the dealer as to why my car had an added 109km on the clock when I collected it!
