BEWARE THE CONFIDENCE IS NOT A TAGLINE BUT A THREAT TO THE CAR BUYER

My new Polo (BEWARE THE CONFIDENCE) which I bought September 2018 just turned one but I've already taken it in 5 times for break shudder and still the problem was unknown and not fixed right. Lindsay Saker is relying on trial and error to fix problem.

I've had a wrong/faulty oil filter fitted in the previous service which was on a Thursday. When I called back with a light on the console on the immediate Saturday I was told to drive it and bring it back on Monday, which I rejected and brought it in same day and was still told to drive it and bring it back on Monday which i refused and only then was the car taken in and I fetched it on Monday.

I've had problems with my hand brake that still persists needing me to use GYM strong arm pull everyday lest I risk the car rolling for a second or TWO after being pulled. This was not Attended to fthebfirstbtime I raised it but on a subsequent visit. There is clearly a lag time between us getting letter on sjeduled fixes required by VW and the time the dealishs get the message from VW.

I am now still experiencing the break shudder, but now I'm also a experiencing shaking in my pedals when driving.

Im now struggling to get the car in reverse gear as it either doesn't engage the gear or engages the gear with my hand feeling clearly that it's not well engaged.

I sometimes need to put the car back to first gear from second gear especially when change gears from 1 to 2 was done when turning. This leaves my car stalling which can be dangerous if there are cars approaching.

I unfortunately don't have the appetite to take it to Lindsay Saker Alberton were I bought the car because it's crystal clear to me that I am no longer welcome at the dealership. The way I was treating is clear that the perception is that I'm the problem and I feel that the money spent misdiagnosing my car will be recovered one way or ankther. I strongly fear that.

There is something wrong with the car or with the 'Service Diognosing Protocols' used as it seems cars are fixed by trial and error and not on the basis of expert knowledge of the car by Lindsay Saker. It leaves me thinking never to buy a VW ever in its first year of being released as there is still some Beta (and possibly Alpha) testing that customers must do without being told.

VW please engage your partner Lindsay Saker to get my car right and not look for ways to pass the buck on to me the customer when there is clearly an undiagnosed problem on my car.

I love my car and don't wish to LOSE MY CONFIDENCE that my car is a better car than the competition sold by Kia, Renault, Hyundai and Ford.

Regards
