Best service advisor i ever dealt with at VW

I would like to thank Gert Vrey (Service advisor Vw Midrand) for going the extra mile for his customers. After I had issues with Vw Midrand he was the only person who understood and was willing to assist me unlike the acting manager Lee which I found did not know the means of customer service.Gert really understands what customer service is about and shows the customers why VW is the BEST!!!!!!Please thank him for a job well done VW!!!!
