Bad service received at VW Fourways

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I received at VW Fourways. First, they refused to replace my clutch, which was still under warranty, citing "my style of driving." According to them, I had to pay R40000 to get the car fixed, and when I picked it up, I immediately noticed that I couldn't change to gear 2, and also had an error message "start-stop system," as well as high engine noise. I returned the car to the dealership, and it would not even start to drive to the workshop.
