Bad Service from Service Department. *******

Bad service from Service Department, Brought my car to VW Fourways on Tuesday 3 March 2020 for 2 error; windscreen wipers and coolant and explained the symptoms to the service adviser Andrew in the morning when i drop off the car, then i have collected the car the following day after they have worked on it.

One day later.... exact same error message appeared, which means water pump and coolant tank that was replaced and paid 10k for them was not an root cause. I then called again today and spoke to Andrew and explained that the car is still doing the same thing, and I also told him that while the car have that error message the boot doesn't open and the indicators are disabled which makes the car unsafe to drive and asked how will i bring the car then he told me that i will have to use my hand to indicate or use my insurance company for towing if i have. Also i was told that they weren't sure about wiper issue but they never explained to me when they gave me the quote.

I have returned the car today(09/03/2020) since is still showing the same error that that I initially sent it for and they still want to charge me 7k!.

Very disappointed and hope other branches are better. By the way this is my second complaint from the same service adviser in less that 6 months
