Bad Service From Linsay Saker edenvale

a staff member by the name of Waseem Seedat promised me a refund its going on 2 weeks and now he says they cannot do a refund i must collect it and i live very far from edenvale . After paying for bumper clips and confirming with him he has stock he then tells me oh no they cant get the clips after payment and that they would need to to a refund and it would take 7 days . This is unacceptable. I have spoken to the manager and they dont have any record of this transaction. Seems like this waseem guy gave his personal banking details for the eft.
