Bad Service

Got the worst possible service and excuses from Lindsay Saker VW Kempton Park. Booked my car for the anual service, and advised the advisor of an issue with the wiper blades shuddering. You'd think that on a R420k car with a full maintenance plan, if there is an issue on a car that only has 6000km's on and has an issue with the wipers, the dealership would jump on the opportunity to resolve a minor problem, and keep a customer happy. However, this dealership is adament on selling their "Hopeful Solution" at an additional cost to us. This after the car came back from the service with the a/c now inoperable. The good news is thats there's no need to look at VW anymore, as you don't only by a car you buy service, and in this case, rather drive a little further, maybe to another car company where they don't treat customers like idiots.
