Bad service and repairs

1. Requested that the door rubber be replaced at 15000km as I received it hanging from date of purchase - not done as they did not order stock<br> 2. Requested same at 30 000km service - same response<br> 3. \replaced"(unsure if the same rubber was used) at 45 000km. This time its hanging at the same spot and another spot however"
