Bad service and full of lies!!

<p>I booked my car in for service. After service still leaking oil. I send the car back to fix, after return i assume everything was correct. On the 8th of July i travelled to Mosselbay and suddenly i heard a noice. Boom the plastic cover underneath the engine broke off cos VW techniacian did not put back the cover *****s. I immediate informed them, and agreed they will take full responsibility. I send the car on the 15th of July, put the old broken cover back with cable ties and said they " Wessel " will order a new cover. I took the car in today 25th of July waited 30min to replace the cover. Wessel said everything was good the new cover is on.<br /> <br />Just to make sure it looks good and all the *****s is in and tight, i noticed it was a secondhand cover from someones car. I ask Wessel again is this a new cover ?After stumbling over his own words when i showed him the pics of the cover i took under the hood.<br /> <br />I would just like the director to get back to me and explain me the way forward, as i dont want to deal with one of VW employees working at lindsay saker eastrand mall. FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES!!!!<br /> <br />Thank you!!</p>
