Bad Service and ******. Please don't buy used car from this dealer.

In 26 August 2019, I bought a used Golf VII at 20 834 km from Junaid Abdul Kadir. Unfortunately after a day of delivery we realized that the windscreen was cracked, wrong spare tire and fog light was not working. I then reported this to him, and asked if we could bring the car to the dealership and we did as he requested. Immediately when we arrived he then disputed all these issues claiming that we caused these. I then took it with his manager and the Manager eventually agreed to the faults, and promised to sort them out. After a month the car started having coolant issue, petrol tank hanging, and engine warning lights all over the Cluster. Also the Service light went on at 22 300 km. I then took the car to DEKRA for technical inspection and the results were not good at all. The technicians from DEKRA advised me that the car was involved in an accident, hence it behaves that way and it was resprayed all over the panels. I sent him a WhatsApp text and email regarding these issues and he did not bother reverting based on the 7 working day interval. I reported the issue to MIOSA and they ruled on my favor, and the dealer's lawyer requested to undergo their own inspection. After this they denied all and claimed that was involved in an accident and they will not fix them.
