Hellopeter Could i get assistance with a way forward if i have failed to resolve my problems with the dealer please, if you know of any consumer complaints offices i can go to please. As i am currently driving my kids with a car that is not in a good condition. Please if any one has contact details or address of the offices i can go to.

Feel free to take this up with VWSA personally, or alternatively contact the MIOSA.

03 Feb 2023, 21:05I don't know how many times i must explain to you that my car was never left unattended. The fact that i took the car from you with problems says a lot of about your service, not checking that the car is in perfect conditions before you sell it.
Even today there is no explanation of why would a new car give me all these issues except you saying it was altered .
I have been in and out of your workshop from day one , and one problem after another
Not even a single day did you show me the parts you fixed and explain the cause every time my car came in your workshop.
if my car was altered , it was done there because that's where the car spent days and nights, it was fetched by your sales person and back to your workshop.
You are so selective of things you fix and then accuse of me altering components, this is unacceptable because surely it means s****s was used on this car hence it gave me issues from day one, not once but numerous times.
If proper quality check was done , i wouldn't have been experiencing problems from the start, we have purchase new cars before but have never had a brand new car giving Engine warning light from the floor.
You may not fix it but i refuse to pay for second hand car sold to me .
