Bad Service

Hi<br> <br> On 2015/09/17 i enquired about Kia Rio and was assitant by Thato Moagi who was able to assist me and even made an appointment to arrange for a test drive,i just came back from the dealer and appalling service i received from two gentlemen who only tried lil to assist by phoning Thato.<br> <br> I then thought let me wait for Thato however i aaproached the other gentlemen who was just talking about girls and when i asked for assistance he then told me he can't help since i am dealing with Thato.never felt this bad for asking for a sevice,never felt like i'm a burden to this dealer to bring my money there.i am certainly not gona recommend any of my friends,colleagues or family member to go to that dealer.
