bad service
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Took my car in for 45000 service in jan 2017 at Lindsay saker fourways i was over the my odo read 49000 ,i complained to advisor that my brakes were making a noise .and after service was done i was told they cannot replace my brakes as they are still on 4mm think and vw maintenance wont cover the payment if they are replaced i was advised to come back if they get worse ,i was told my next service will be at 65000 and this was stipulated in the service book as well as invoice 467477 dated 25/01/17,today i took the car in for service at 62000km as the brakes were making a lot of noise ,i advised the advisor again of this and was told they will take it up with vw .when collecting the car the 65000km service has been done and brakes not replaced as i need to pay in an extra 2k since my milage is over the 60k mark ,i asked the consultant why was i not told this when doing the 45k service so i can bring the car in at 60 not 65k ,now the disc is getting damaged since the car is brakes sound like they making steel on steel contact ,kindly assist .</p> <p>Vehicle chassis nr aavzzz6rzgu033933</p> <p> </p> <p>Regard</p> <p>Mxolisi Phakathi</p> <p> ********** 004</p>
