Bad service!

I took my car in late September for a noise I heard on the front brakes. The technician advised me that he could not hear the noise. I collected my car that day and returned the next day. He drove with me and only then heard the noise I was talking about. They cleaned the discs and calipers that day and aI collected the car that afternoon. I returned the following day again with the same problem. The technician then advised that the pads and discs should be replaced. This was done around the 4th of October, if I am not mistaken.

The noise returned about a week or so later but I only managed to take the car in again early November due to work commitments. I then followed the same routine (Technician not hearing the noise and then cleaned discs and calipers). The noise returned a day later. The car was booked in on the 5th of Dec for a report to be done so that it can be sent to the factory for assessment. I returned in January just to find out that the report was never sent. The car was request for a hour the following day so that they can record the sound on the brakes and send it off to the factory.

Two weeks later I had to go to the service manger myself and ask him for the report. The service manager informed me that nothing could be done because the report said that the squeaking noise was a common issue. I however did not report a squeaking noise! The noise from my vehicle is a metal grinding noise. I informed the service manager of this, he responded by asking the service consultant to order new brake pads for my car. This is exactly what the did two months ago. The pads were supposedly ordered two weeks ago, no has called me since!
