Bad service

I bought a polo tsi dsg in december 2014 and<br> they said if i dont want to register my car in bfn<br> i can do it in my home town,then lindsay saker<br> will refund the money i spend on registering my car.<br> Its now 5 months later and i'm still not refunded!<br> Everytime they say they look into it but still nothing.
