Bad salesman and misrepresentation

I bought a VW Jetta on 15 March 2023. After taking ownership of the car, i noticed the service book was not updated with record of maintenance and the rear center cap was broken. I brought this to the attention of the salesman and he promised to attend to it. 3 months is gone and nothing has been done. This is a deliberate act by the dealership to misrepresent the condition of the car. Before the car is bought the dealership is the primary custodian to the car. They are happy to take money from customers but they fail to take necessary steps to assure that the product is in good condition.
