Bad communication Lindsay Saker VW Midtand

My vehicle wa towrd to Lindsay Saker VW Midrand on 04 December 2019 after an electronic breakdown. Firstly, I did not get a call from the dealership confirming receipt of the vehicle. I called the following day and my vehicle was confirmed. I was given a Mary Anne as my advisor, she is terrible. She never calls to update me about my vehicle, when I call she does not return my calls. I had to cancel my plans for the long weekend of 16 December because my vehicle is not repaired. Today I called again to check progress, she was not available. I left a message for her to call me back. She did not call. To date my vehicle is not repaired. The saddest part is that it's not even a major repair; they just need to do wiring since my wires were damaged by rodents. Their service is terrible. They don't even deserve the one star. They are below zero. I hope I will get my car before Christmas.
