Bad client service

Took my mother there yesterday for an opinion regarding a front passenger door that would not unlock. No one greeted us, the person who eventually helped us was SO irritated with us interrupting his day and told us we had to book in the car. We asked him when they had an opening which made things worse as he was not the "booking person". The booking person was not any better - got up with great effort from conversation she was having with colleague. No greeting, sat down behind her computer and fiddled without speaking. Eventually just gave us a date. Won't be going back...
