Bad Attitude

I felt so insulted by a black person today(13,12,2017),the VW Manger in Alberton(Cnr Leornard & Elandsfontein Road Alberton) by the name of Fortune telling me that i had language Bearer talking to a black lady (VW employee) I called in wanted the clarification with regards to the feedback Report of my car that i brought in for Major service and also requested for Diagnose,My car is having a problem with the cutting off when i am at the traffic or reaching the stop sign,the lady told that the finding was that"they did not find anything in the diagnose they need to do further checking by stripping the car.I said the lady what she is saying does not make any sense, how can VW do the diagnose and still don't see anything,she then repeat and say" if there is nothing invisible on the diagnose we do the further finding which we request the customer to pay for that,when i called VW Alberton today .i requested to speak to Fortune(Manager),First he sounded not interested to listen to what i wanted to say and wanted to refer me back to the lady,then when i refuse since i spoke to the lady ,rather to speak to the technician so i can get clear understanding,he then agree to assist, Fortune was very,very impatient,very interruptive,i also felt so under mind for only wanted to get clarification what is clearly wrong with my car.I don't think i want to go back there since i felt so humiliated by the black person making me feel that i don't understand the language English.
