Awful Shopping experience

Good day i trust you are well. I'd like to stay anonymous. I was at Lindsay Saker Welkom(Volkswagen) during the week. While browsing for a car i could not proceed as i was disgusted by how the Sales manager, a male, was shouting and yelling at his staff members, so loud that any client could hear. His ********* behavior left me furious and disgusted. I will never sit foot there again because of him. He did not even care about clients on the floor. If that's his management style then the business will surely lose more clients and employees in future because no one want to work for someone like him. If i as a client had an unhappy experience i can only imagine what employees go through daily.

Please help me raise this matter with management and help
