Awesome service

I would like to thank Nthabiseng Senye and Shaun Bowen from Lyndsay Saker Edenvale. I was towed on Sunday 25/11 from Modderfontein offram and left the vehicle at the nearest VW dealer. Monday 26/11 I went in to find out the process to have the issue sorted out and Nthabiseng was most helpful in explaining the process, turn around time as well as providing costs involved with assessing vehicle. Shaun Bowen was able to call me the same day and confirm what work needed to be done on the vehicle and the estimated costs involved. Since the parts had to be ordered on Tuesday 27/11 he was able to give feedback on the work to be done, quote and more or less when vehicle would be ready.

I am most grateful to Nthabi and Shaun as they made my week as the vehicle was supposed to take 2-5 working days to fix and it was done in a shorter space of time, the work done was beyond amazing as the car has a new lease on life:)
